I have a easy method using Polypropylene yarn, UNI-stretch thread, a needle and
flexament or goop that is a loop to loop connection and very easy to make.
Put large needle in vise, Take a 6" piece of yarn, lay half length on needle, start
wrapping Uni-stretch around yarn and needle for about 2", remove wrapped yarn from
needle, fold in half to make loop and whip finish, dose with flexament or thinned goop,
set aside to dry.
Connect to leader with loop connection. Flexament coating keeps it from sliding
when casting. It will lay flat when casting cutting down on wind resistance.
