For anyone that might be interested, there are a couple of open swaps including a Cutthroat Trout fly swap, and a Bass/Panfish popper swap.
I'd love to join a popper swap - just to get some new bass poppers, but tying them up is not something I've done much of.. so I'll have to take a pass, but I'd love to see the patterns and flies of those that do tie up poppers.
