Congrats on settling in!!! sounds peaceful.....something i need to get hooked up most certianly!!!! Glad to hear its all coming together for all of you...You folks deserve it!!!! I'm eyeing serious big-time the town of BISHOP, California. only 4 1/2-5 hours from current home, but right in the middle of A-1-Blue ribbon trout fishing AND just east of the Sierra Nevada...my favorite mountians. Well folks, we are now located back in the scenic "Ghost Town" of Lakewood,
NM. Spent our first night here last night, slept through all the alarms this
morning and we all were up an hour late, but our bodies needed it. Spent
last evening sitting on the porch and listening o the quiet, it was such a
blessed relief to know that we were in a peaceful place. When we went to bed
last night we had the windows open a bit and could hear the coyotes off in
the distance, an occasional truck on the highway about 2 miles away and
could see almost every star in the sky. It is good to be home.
Another miracle is that even though it was a totally new construction of
about 600 ft., they got the phones in half a day and we were placed to the
top of the long list.
As soon as we can get the house put together a bit more I will get back to
tying, be it at the kitchen table, but will get back to tying. Thank you
everyone for your prayers, and in some cases "Fasting". We appreciate the
concerns and well wishes, now we can get back to the job of finishing our
house and only have to move one more time, but not for a coupes of months.
Resting and enjoying life again, in a "Peaceful Place"
