Go back to main vfb site and choose the "unsuscribe" choice where you
previously chose the 'suscribe' button.

Byard, the site owner, is out of town fishing, so I don't know if the
unsuscribe will work automatically, or if you'll have to wait until he
returns.

Hope to see you again when you get back from vacation, tho. Handling the
mail traffic is no chore, tho. Look through to see if there is any messages
you really want to read. If not, hit "Edit", choose "select all", then the
"delete" key. There...less than 10 seconds and all gone...(make sure you
are in the "inbox" tho.) And if you have time later, you can go to your
recycle bin and check some posts out, or empty the bin too.

Hopefully you'll use this 'short-cut' and stay with us a while.
