Bob I would think everyone will tell you to use what they use so i'm going to point you to www.simmsfishing.com/ I think for the money you can't find a better pair of waders anywhere..I'm reading about people getting their waders replaced free because of leaks, feet starting to come off and other problems well where i live in the nothwest the only waders that don't have many problems is Simms and yes you can get a vest from them to..The price isn't cheap but i can tell you everyone i fish with and there is many of them all use Simms and none of them have had problems with them (mine are 4 years old) and still like new and never leaked...
