Bill, just do what I do.
Call Jack Dennis's shop in Jackson, and see what the best waters and best
tactics are for the period you will be there.
Conditions change from year to year, and hot new local flies are sometimes
the ticket.  Call ahead and they can tell you what patterns to tie and in
what size, and what's hatching.  When you get to Jackson, stop in, say hi
from me, and have them sketch up a fishing map for you for the range you
want to travel.  They live for this stuff.  Ask them if you can peek into
their guide fly-boxes, too.  Buy your license there, a few flies, or
whatever you need, and they will be appreciative and helpful.  As you know,
there is Yellowstone Park, Teton State Park, and Wyoming non-park waters, so
make sure you have the proper license(s).
