You know Rene, that's how I feel also. And as for not being a great English speaker, Well I'm too. I was born and raised in Joisey, so we have our own way of speaking....What Exit?

I think his question was, without a doubt, very thought provoking as well as soul searching. It is a great conversation piece to get the brain waves working and the debate juices flowing. I always liked to start a discussion and half way through it switch sides and continue on. I have always been an instigator. I probably will be till the day they throw that last hand full of dirt over me.    LOL

That's why I love this list. There are soooo many points of view, and not many of them are wrong. JUST DIFFERENT

I troll, I cast and yes I even JIG. Whoops, bad word!!!!

I have even been known to use one of those wind up reels(automatic if you will) for catching crappie. That while trolling and casting and jigging all in the same place, with my fly rod.

If God wanted me to be a purist, then He wouldn't have invented "Catch & Release" Because a "Purist" would only keep his catch. If you regard the English and Scottish as being the makers of the rules.

It's a pitty to lose Ed, I liked the discussion about the different ways we pursue our quarry. Although it is sometimes hard for me to get the right mood from such a discussion, as I'm not a native English speaker. Anyway, great discussion
