Glad you got them Jimmy. I also bought some
of those glass bead for your sunrise pattern but damn if I can find them I will
send them off as soon as I do.

Son of a Gun! I just received a tiny little box with
about a zillion midges cramed into it from Bob Haering. My getting
these flies was because Bob and you guys took pity on me and tied an extra fly
for me! In case those of you in the Haerbob's Midge Swap have forgotton,
I was out of commission with trigger thumb on my right hand and couldn't tie
at that time. Had to have an operation to get it fixed. Had the same
procedure on my left thumb in Oct., 2000.
Anyway, Gang, I just
wanted all of you to know how much I appreciate this. That's the big
thing about the VFB. We all take care of each other.
But,
hey, I did write a poem about Midges and sent it to Rene to post on the swap
site. So, I'm not a complete direlect ;~)) In case you missed it, here it is
below.

I can't see'em, but I can
hear'em
but I sure as hell can feel'em.
I feel'em when they get in my
eyes.
I feel'em when they get in my ears.
I feel'em, the tiny fluttering
flies,
being washed away by my tears.
Yes, I feel'em , but these hands
cant tie'em.
Alas, my friends, I'll just have to buy'em.
