I wrecked my ankle about ten years back, and after I got the cast off, I had a similar problem: Posterior Gluteal Tendonitis, caused by not doing a darn thing after I got the cast off but sitting on my posterior gluteal tendons.
Horribly painful condition. Only alleviated through considerable napping therapy followed by a steady diet of ESPN and carbonated fermented malt beverages. It was horrible. I don't know how I survived. Seriously Jimmy, I'm glad it isn't something that is going to keep you off the water for any length of time. Take care of yourself and follow the doctor's orders this time!! Dan Crowe ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jimmy D.
