OK Folks,
I know this is off topic but I need some suggestions. My old Pentium 100
has crashed on me 4 times in the last 2 days. My computer literate friend
was over this afternoon and said that the prognosis wasn't good. Seams my
CPU is about out of life and it isn't must worth saving since finding a
replacement is probably nil.
Dose anyone have an old but serviceable mother board that they could
part at a reasonable price ? I will need most everything else as well, video
card, sound card and probably a hard drive, ( mine is a 6 meg), if anyone
has some components they would sell or swap for I would like to hear about
it.
This way I can stay on the VFB List, ( The fishing related part of the
post, to keep it legal). Thanks in advance for any help.
