Gert, No, I have not heard or seen from him in years. I just heard from folks in Florida about his activities. Ironically, I actually met him at a show here in Florida. It turns out he is severely Bi-Polar.
Classic syndrome- on his meds he was fine, but like many bi-polars did like the flat existence. I had a nephew who was institutionalized at the age of 23 years old and did not finally turn his life around until he was 30. Several suicide attempts. He is now a major executive with a multi national automobile company. Lives in Japan and is responsible everything but the America's. I once had to fly to San Francisco and breakdown his apartment door to get him to a hospital. Morrie was one sick puppy.
