I was counting some out for a swap and there were actually more than 100 in the box.

Although, I have never counted a box of hooks either, one of my friends said this had happened to him also!

I bought some hooks to tie flies for gills and crappie from an American Manufacturer.
 
I found each box of 100 to shor short 4 to 5 hooks.  Is this a normal occurance?
