[VFB] I LOST EVERYTHING!!!!AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got through reinstalling everything on my computer. My stepdaughter was on it and did something and it locked it down. I have lost all swap info, all addresses, all recipes, all favorite links, EVERY THING!!!!!!!!!!
       So I beg you all, if you have the latest Foam Beetle Swap Update, send it to me. I also need the latest on the Material Swap, the mailing addresses for those that wanted to be on my Christmas Card list, and any and all the links I can get. I will sort through them as I can.
       I know I have sent the list all of my favorite places links, if anyone has them, send them.
       I thank you for all your help. This time I am going to put a copy of all of this on my mothers comp AND my sisters!
