Nor would I neglect the Bitterroot River. The West Fork of the Bitterroot
has wonderful Caddis activity this time of year. Use to live near Darby.
Missed it terribly.

Montana has the best steam access laws in the States. If you enter the water

as long as you stay within the high water marks. Some B**** from Colorado
are challenging the stream access law here in Montana now. If they win, I
may have to move.
