[VFB] Salmon Snagging.

<PRE>I went back to the Root River in Racine Wisconsin yesterday and was totally 
disgusted.  There were about 8 or 9 "Fishermen" snagging everything that came 
up the river.  I did try to tell them that snagging wasn't permitted but 
suddenly no one spoke English.  I gave up and went home.  It was the first 
time that I ever saw someone tie their fly directly to the flyline.  The 
musky lures were a nice touch too!     Dick
