Hey Guys,

enjoying the debate... makesme realise that I can get kind of snobby about
the whole thing at times ! BUt yeah we don''t own the rivers or the sport...
so we can't tell people how to fish.

What I do notice is that the more people fish the more they learn about the
environment and the species theychase, the more they want to conserve it and
look after it.. (which is possibly one of the e hings josh wastrying to
say..)

PS I still drown the odd worm, flick the odd bit of hardware, use my
spinning rod with flies.. andof course fly -fish (MY favourite)... I enjoy
it all..

My father in law is a worm man through and through.. but if anything
thisgives us a heck of a lot more to talk about and laugh about when we go
fishing !!

regards Ian
