Another thing to remember is that this is a very busy time of year for commercial tiers..they have to get the Christmas orders completed and sent by the end of November. So, in part, the timing of the swap is something that must also be taken into consideration. Come January, things may slow down a bit, and then a New Year's swap would be appropriate. Joyce
