[VFB] Swivel Tail Nymph ?

I was looking through my "Selective Trout" early this morning, (was up at 1
am due to a terrible headache and my back killing me ), and saw some notes
on a "Swivel Tail Nymph". Has anyone tied these before ? The concept looked
interesting.
