     Byard can get you the midge saddles.  He has some in stock right now. The cost is $96 for the silver & $80 for the bronze.  I have several of the silver ones.  I also get hackle down #32 on all of them.  I have a standard Whiting Silver Grade Sliver Badger that I have gotten #28's off of.  Here is the link for that page.

I have some Hoffmans that tie down to a 24 but can't even imagine a saddle at 28-32.  You must be very connected.  Fred Reese used to be so connected to Hoffman and could provide me with most any size or color I wanted but he's retired now.

Now midge saddle hackles are quite common down to the Tiemco
#32 (=Mustad 28) and I've found actual Mustad #32 saddle hackles that look
like a piece of flat mono thread.
