Has anyone used Hareline Dubbin, INC's saddles and what is your opinion of them?

I've used Hareline's saddles extensively, since owner Bob Borden lives nearby in Monroe, Oregon and Hareline products are staples in local shops.

Their best plus I like is the mottled barring of the dyed grizzly colors, especially the rusty and burnt oranges. The browns and olives are also excellent. A purple is available for steelhead anglers. There is also a regular grizzly and a black, among other colors. Pricing for the saddles is approx. $14.95-$19.95.

These are not premium saddles, but the feathers are good quality with supple stems, and they tie well. These saddles are primarily intended for wet flies and buggers and feathers commonly go down to size #14. I much prefer these saddles to Metz.
