I have been trying to figure out the same stuff. I Know we're not tying 25 flies, I do not think James got that many folks signed up for it. I had Emailed James directly about 3 weeks ago asking the same questions and haven't recieved any answers. I haven't even tyed anything for the swap, because i don't know how many,when due, where to mail them..... I hope all is well with James, since i haven't seen him post on the list in sometime...which isn't like him at all. James, if your out there please let us know the swap's statis ASAP.....
