One of the easiest would be a soft hackle.  You put the bead on the hook for
the thorax.  Wind & tie off the body.  Then slide the bead back on to the
body for the thorax.  Wind your hackle in front of the bead tye a neat head
whip and your done.  Hint swipe your wife's clear mono sewing thread.  Then
you don't have to cut the thread tye off the body slide up the bead pull the
thread over the bead & finish the fly.
