Rules: Tie 12 flies. Send them to my house by Dec. 31, 2002. Toe Tag flies, and add 3 dollars to package. And don't forget the self addressed return envelope.
Postage: Send your 12 flies ina crush proof container, add tying instructions, 3 dollars, and a picture of yourself. Remember that I live Down South, so get your flies in the mail asap.
