Byard, Why not 24 people in first swap with two saddles in each color, or 36/3, 48/4. See what the overall interest is then decide. After the initial swap signup start another with different colors and do it the same way. If you end up with an odd number maybe some of us would take multiple spaces to even it out, I would. That way the ones of us who cannot be on the list at all times during the day will not miss out. This is a great deal for all of us lets give it some additional thought.
