There is a maximum of 10 people in the swap, and currently it looks like we might actually have 10 people! woohoo!! The amount you swap is really up to you, but if its only little bits, i would sugject also swapping another material. I am swapping 3 materials because I dont have a huge amount of any of them, and want it to be fair to the other guys. Are you thinking of joining?
