[VFB] Thinner question

Need a lister who deals in chemicals. I used to get my vinyl cement from Ray Rumpf, but they've discontinued it.  Working on a new source.  Does anyone know of one?   Also, what is the proper chemical to thin vinyl cement?  The tin can I have doesn't list the contents, just that it's a petroleum product.  It's not Toluene, either.   Thanks, DonO
