Possibly out depending on what their fraud department comes up with,
luckily my bank was a lot better to work with as they MAY be able to
stop payment on 2 of 3 of the transactions. If they are able to stop all
and EVENTUALY I'll be getting my money (some or all) back. They say 8-10
business days hopefully. Luckily most of the xmas stuff was already
bought though, so some good news at least.

So what does Paypal say about this?

Will they reimburse you -- or are you out the cash?
