Allan - the copyright refers to the web page itself, including the
design, not necessarily all of the information on it.

Before slamming them entirely, why don't you give them a chance to
respond.  Since they are a shop, it may be that they are getting their
grips from the same place as Dave Lewis, or they have a very similar
design.

Please let us know what their response is.
