[VFB] Streaker Deceiver originator?????

Does anyone know who originated the Streaker Deceiver pattern like the one on page 79 of Lefty Krehs Saltwater fly patterns book?  I've been asked to tie a pattern similar to this for the Fly of the Month for UFTRI and I would like to give credit where credit is due.  I'm actually tying the Bills Block Island streaker (Art of Angling Journal issue 3 pg 100) but I noticed that it looked a little too close to this pattern just with the addition of Doll eyes and halographic flash.  Thanks, Deb
