Good to hear Jimi, Tony was one of the first to encourage my tying and offer up some help. After we talked a while he even extended the offer for me to come over and tie at the sowbug, I was red faced and didn't feel my talents were worthy. He straightened me out about my confidence as a tyer and I think I might actually not feel ashamed to tie a fly in front of somebody now... Heck he even sent my wife some beautiful "froggy" earrings last Christmas. I never did make it over to the sowbug. Hope to some day. Jimi, when you talk to him next please tell him Merry Christmas from Bill Pitts & the rest of the Pitts family. And a Merry Christmas to you and yours & the rest of the VFB list...

Just got off the phone with Tony's wife Dorothy. He came thought the surgery fine and is starting therapy this morning and is already working the new knee. Only draw back was that the pain medication is upsetting his tummy so he is having a hard time keeping food down. I ask her if it may just be the "Hospital Food" but she said no. Anyway, he is feeling better and should be out and up to snuff soon. Dorothy did say that they had a terrible snow storm and she couldn't get out to the hospital this morning, but did talk to him just a bit ago. So also include in your prayers for a quick thaw in the area. We now turn you back to your regularly scheduled programming.... Jimi
