Thank you Mark.  I still have to get one of those rotating wheels for the slow curing stuff.  I do use a lot of epoxy so I should cave in and buy that soon too. Deb, The balsa portion of any balsa popper, lure, etc. can ber rendered just about  impervious to fish teeth by the application of a thin layer of clear epoxy after the final paint job.  To avoid yellowing of the epoxy, it is better to use a slow curing epoxy.  for example Devcon's 5-mionute epoxy yellows relatively quickly, but there slow-curing 2-Ton epoxy doesn't.
