Insufficient data for meaningful answer... I will make the assumption here that you mean the jaws loosen during a tying session? The Renzetti Master lever has been known to wear before its time, but can easily be replaced. As the Master comes with a lifetime warranty, a simple call to Renzetti should get your vise on the road to recovery. Cheers, Hans
