*Favorite flies for: wet, dry, Parachute Adams salt , bass , bluegill , pike
*Favorite rod for: Small streams, 7' 3wt Pac Bay, large streams, 9' 4wt Lamiglas salt, big fish, 9' 8wt little fish What do I find in small streams? See first entry.
*Favorite vice: Small flies, large flies: My AK Best does fine except the jaws serations can mean repositioning the hook a few times. I bet some of the experts would send me a variety to test. ;-)
*Favorite waders: some cheap neoprenes I got from Price Club ($49 US). I sweat in em if it gets warm but I've never been cold nor had a leak but some moisture which I only discover after fishing.
*Favorite wading boots: Had some cheap (Redmans?) until they rotted and now have a pair of Orvis I don't like but they work. Byard can attest that I used an old pair of Rockports to wet wade which are worn from garden work.
*Favorite fishing hat/cap: VFB of course with Byard's signature. #2 is my FF@ but the LinesEnd one is much nicer.
*Favorite wading vest: Some old green thing with 20 gadgets (including wine corksrew and bottle opener) now down to 6 spools of tippet, 8 fly boxes, my cigar butts and holds 4 beers (shoot, I could get the 2 left out for tonight!).
*Favorite wading jacket: Cabelas Gortex which has pockets like a vest
*Favorite float tube/kick boat/pontoon boat/canoe Grumman 17' aluminum
*Favorite fishing car/truck Dodge Ram, 1983 will haul, pull, push, tug, tow, drag or crush any and everything. Its great to go truck diving in too!
*Favorite streamside snack My homemade beef jerky
*Favorite beverage while or just after fishing; Water or Chesterfield Ale
