Murf,
If you jog in a jogging suit, lounge in lounging pajamas, and smoke in a smoking jacket, WHY would anyone want to wear a windbreaker??
Doug . . . or maybe Eddie

At least it is that way in my backyard (mostly organic) garden. . .
C'mon Eddie; Either you are organic or not. Refer to Rhodale's Organic Gardening books/magazines. Me? I went organic for a long while but have been known to use a bit of Miracle Grow 2 years back. The weeds loved it. Of course red rooted pigs tail is part of the amaranth family and edible. Quite a few fish bones/heads and crab shells in the garden but the salt can't be good for them. Horse manure from the neighbor helps but they are manure worms versus earth and disappear by July. Current rain should bring the whole garden back to life with a few new molds and critters.
Murf
