[VFB] Beetle Swap Update

Since there has bee only one to disagree with letting Joe Emmons join, I will let him. That brings the total of flies to be tied to 40.
       I have volunteered to send my set of flies in lue of the ones that decide not to tie 2 extra flies.
       So, that's 2 flies per swapper for a total of 40 flies. I have already gotten replies in saying that some are going to be on the way in a day or to. The faster they get in, the faster they get out!
