I just got back from the Danbury show. I met up with Stephen DiCerbo there. He is a very nice guy. If any of you get a chance to see his artwork it is really something!! I'm still trying to swipe my husbands shirt he bought.... It was nice to go on a friday and get a chance to visit with all the tyers. I had to leave before I was banned from all shows in this area. My 2yr old left a popcorn trail at every booth I stopped at. Every time I took it away from him he yelled at me. As long as he had the popcorn I could shop. I think my husband understands why I bring pretzel rods now. He had no problem locating us. We tried to cut out early and still got caught in a very bad storm. It took a long time to get home in the heavy icy snow. I hope everyone who went stays safe and warm on their drive home. Deb

it was good to meet you, Steve (spelling?), and the popcorn munchkins..... I kinda lucked out with the weather driving both ways, missing the big storm, Friday into Saturday.... back home, we got the 2nd 2 foot + snow dump in ten days.... this place reminds me of the late 60's....
had some snow/scary drizzle/ freezing stuff on the way down on Thursday night, and hit another storm upon leaving on Sunday night... both ebbed about 10 minutes from my final destinations... figures...
the weather did depress the attendance at the show on Sat, and Sunday's sunshine brought out the folks...
tell your husband that its a flytier's shirt, not a fly fisherman's.... you can always get into the streams after that!
