Ken,
I picked up a number of shadowboxes from Michaels, a craft store. The 5x7 box was $6.99 each and the 8x11 was $9.99, made of either Oak or Barnwood. I removed the velcro backing and placed a Labeled sheet that I made up in a graphics program. Someone suggested through the list to attach wire to the hook shank prior to tying the fly. This wire can be fed through a drilled hole in the back and secured with tape. The label sheet I used was a light blue color and printed from a toner copier. The wire guage I used might be a little light although it worked OK. A heavier guage wire that is soldered to the hook shank might be a better choice.
