Look for clear white hair from a stallion or gelding
and ask rider for a few hairs from tail for flies.
Look in yellow pages for stables. Clear/white hair
is transluscent and will show the under body of thread
or tinsel. Tie in and wind evenly.
Black hair hakes a great body for midges and black gnats
and the various cream, chestnut, browns will have
endless uses

(in case of problems,
"the tail is found at the rear of the horse")

I have not used that. Where do you get it and how does it look on the hook?
