Loomis makes (or at least they used to) a 9' 9" rod in 5wt. Can't remember the mdl number. Don't know if that's close enough. If you're really set on a ten-footer, you may have to roll your own. I just got a Rainshadow 10' 6" blank in 5-6wt, I don't know if they make a 4wt or not. Good luck.

EVERYBODY has a 9' 4wt.   The 10' is a pretty rare breed
unless you want to pony up $600 for the Sage.
