[VFB] Rope swap extras

Roger and Bart would like to join.  Anyone have objections?  Does anyone
have a maximum limit of tiers/flies?  20 was the limit, but if you guys will
allow a few more, so will I.   I will let silence stand for 'OK-by-me'.
