Joyce,,
Your bottom fly is your point fly, and the other fly's tied between this and your main fishing line are called dropper flys because they are tied onto your droppers..
U can but u fish certain buzzers for certain reasons, if u want floating buzzers u tie on either seals fur or seals fur sub buzzers.
If u want the buzzers to sink u tie on epoxy or spanflex buzzers which will sink..if i want to use any floating buzzers i use cdc buzzers.
Hope this clarify's my outburst earlier..
Regards,
Denis

OK, now I need a bit of clarification..I have always considered the bottom fly the "dropper" and the top fly either the booby or dry (depending on which you are using). But, is the "point" fly also the dropper fly? and do you "grease" the buzzers or do they just float on their own in the surface film (rather as we fish our tiny midges)? Inquiring minds need to know. Thanks for your help. Joyce
