Left the house at 1:15 PM but half way there I realized that my license had expired at the end of the year. Our are callendar year licenses. Finnaly found a place to buy one and actually got to fish at 4:00PM. Saw a few fish jump but none tugged on the end of my line. I did donate several flies to the tree gods. Usually after tying on a new fly. It was 80� and sun shinning all over the place. Rugged mountains, birds chirping and a nice little breeze. When that breeze stopped the sun sure was hot. Magnificent sunset. Thank you Lord.
