I recieved a recent
e-mail telling me of a new virus that shows up as jdbgmgr.exe in your
file. It snuck right by Norton System Works 2002.
Since I have been
communicating with the list...better check your computers, I have no idea where
I got it from.
From my
understanding..it lays dorment on your computer for about 14 days before
attacking your hard drive. Not sure what it does from there, caught and
deleted it in time and before I sent this e-mail.
To check your
computer.....go to the start menu, click FIND, type in jdbgmgr.exe(the
file has a teddybear icon), DON'T OPEN....HIGHLIGHT AND DELETE, and empty your
deleted items.
Better safe than
sorry.
