Good advice.
 
Either '0000', or 'AAAA' (is what I have), as your first address, with you as the recipient, will alert you that messages are being sent to your address list.
 
So if you get a message to '0000' or 'AAAA', which is really yourself, you know exactly what is happening.

I learned that the hard way also. I deleted one of the operation systems on one of my computer before I knew about the virus checks.

I don't know what this does but if you put 0000! as the first on you addresses it is supposed to keep things from you e-mail.
