No worries Mike, got hit with that one a couple of months ago myself. Doug did the delet thing before I could research threat... Thank goodness it doesn't cause any real problems for the majority of folks.

I learned that the hard way also. I deleted one of the operation systems on one of my computer  
before I knew about the virus checks.  
I don't know what this does but if you put 0000! as the first on you addresses it is supposed to  
keep things from you e-mail.
