Have to get Cortisone shots in lower back and hip occassionally, you're right about those hurting. Man, they ought to give you a straight shot and a bullet to bite on when you get one! Most I've had to get at once is 2, can't even imagine having to do 4...

The prognosis, I got my very first "Hydro Cortisone" shots, 4 of them,
Man do they hurt, 1 in the shoulder mussel and 3 in the lower back.
Hopefully I will wake up feeling better tomorrow.
