Yes, but being a Sunday afternoon/ evening and 250 miles to the doctor, this seamed a viable option. Just got off the phone with him and basically just got my hinny chewed out. He said I just over did it and to "Stop" doing so much, especially stop lifting anything heavier than my coffee cup for a while. He said it should ease up if I listen and do what I am told.
He said I should spend more time doing something light, like reading, fly tying or working on rods. Instead of trying to re build the world. Come to think of it I really like my doctors advise. OK, So I'm stubborn, I just see things that have to be done and then do it, weather I'm supposed to or not. Crawling back in my hole now and hiding. Thanks Joyce, Alan and others for the tips and support.
