Alan sent me a copy of the joke too. Back to snorting coffee through my nose again... I'm still sitting on the "help desk", though much of my work is on Unix servers. Some of the calls we get can really make your eyes roll. Had one guy call the other day, saying he had an email problem. We asked him if he was putting in the correct password. He said, "I don't use passwords, never have." We said, "Oh? Really? How do you log into the system? You know, when you open up your terminal, you put your user name in, then you put your your password in." His response - "Oh, that's the password?".............

Ah........but I was running a "help desk" for both PC & Macs.  I know those
are all true (including the Mac version only working on 5% of the roads!).
