A friend at work will be travelling to Hawaii in a week or so
and has been unable to locate good current fishing info
regarding the north coast of Oahu. He's open to any and all
styles of fishing.
Tell him to place a large shark hook beneath a surf board to imitate a seal hatch. Best places to fish are often determined by the course of cruise ships and where they dump their garbage. Forage fish will follow the chum and those that feed on them will follow. I think the limit is three miles out.
