 There are a number of variations on the Tellico. This is the Dressing I have used successfully for years;

     Tail = Guinea Flank fibers

    Rib =  Black Tying Thread, twisted so it won't spread out.

  Shellback = Ringneck tail fibers

    Body = Yellow Floss

  Hackle = Brown Wetfly, 3 to 4 turns

 I'll tye this on a TMC 3761 or 3769, sizes 10 thru 16
